How to make baked oat

Baked oat meal is a healthy way to start your day. It is a combination of carbohydrate, protein, fruits/vitamin and other nutrients beneficial to the health.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • A cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup strawberries

Procedures

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Beat in eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread into a baking dish and sprinkle your strawberries and blueberries.

Bake in the preheated oven until top is golden, about 40 minutes.

Your healthy baked oat meal is ready to be crunched.
