The former Director-General of the Labour Party Presidential campaign, Doyin Okupe has been arrested by operatives of the Department of Secret Service (DSS) at the Lagos airport.
Okupe was about boarding the Virgin Atlantic flight on Thursday morning to London when he was arrested at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos by the DSS operatives.
His arrest, according to findings by TVAFRINET, is related to pending corruption matters against, which are being investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on whose request to the DSS he was arrested.
